At neew88, we believe the best gaming experience is one that is safe, controlled, and enjoyable. We provide tools, guidance, and support to ensure every member plays within healthy and appropriate limits.
"Responsible gambling starts with self-awareness. neew88 is always here to help you play smart."
Six core pillars that form the foundation of neew88's commitment to promoting a healthy and responsible gaming culture in Malaysia.
Neew88 members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly through account settings. These limits take effect immediately and help you stay within a comfortable budget without outside pressure.
Set your own gaming session time limit. When the set time is nearly up, the neew88 system will send a reminder so you know how long you've been playing and can make a conscious decision whether to continue or stop.
If you feel the need for a complete break, neew88 offers self-exclusion options of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Your account will be blocked immediately based on your selection.
Unlike full self-exclusion, Break Mode lets you take a short break of 1 to 7 days without fully closing your account. Ideal for members who need temporary breathing room.
Neew88 allows every member to view their own detailed gaming activity report — including total deposits, time played, and win/loss records — so you always stay aware of your playing patterns.
The neew88 support team is available at any time to help you activate deposit limits, apply for self-exclusion, or learn more about responsible gaming.
Responsible gaming doesn't mean you can't have fun or enjoy your playing experience. Rather, it's about ensuring this form of entertainment stays within your control — not the other way around. At neew88, we take this seriously because member well-being is a priority we will never compromise on.
Playing at neew88 should be a relaxing activity after work, not something that causes stress, debt, or conflict in your personal life. When playing starts to feel like an obligation or an escape from life's problems, that is a signal you should take seriously.
We understand that for some people, the line between entertainment and problematic habits can blur over time. That is why neew88 provides a range of easy-to-use self-control tools accessible directly from your account settings — no need to contact anyone or go through a complicated process.
What matters most for you to remember: choosing to set limits or take a break is a sign of strength and self-awareness, not weakness. neew88 will always respect and act on every decision you make without any obstacles or attempts to persuade you to keep playing.
Important Reminder: Gambling is a form of entertainment, not a way to generate steady income or solve financial problems. Never play with money you cannot afford to lose.
neew88 only allows registration for individuals aged 18 years and above. The KYC verification process ensures these standards are upheld at all times, without exception.
If you answer "Yes" to any of the questions below, it may be time to reassess your playing habits.
Do you frequently think about gambling even while doing other activities?
Are you gambling with money meant for essentials such as rent or food?
Do you find it difficult to stop playing even when you want to?
Do you hide your gambling activity from family members or close friends?
Do you try to win back money you have lost by playing more (chasing losses)?
Has gambling caused arguments, stress, or problems in your relationships?
Do you feel restless, irritable, or uncomfortable when you are unable to play?
If you answered "Yes" to 3 or more of the questions above, we encourage you to use neew88's control tools or seek professional help immediately.
Gambling problems rarely appear overnight. They usually begin with small signs that are easy to overlook. Recognise them early so you can act sooner.
Money running out faster than usual for no clear reason, or starting to borrow money to keep playing.
Staying up late or not sleeping at all to keep playing, or waking up early just to continue a session you left off.
Starting to avoid social events, family gatherings, or hobbies you once enjoyed.
Unable to accept losses and constantly feeling the urge to play more to "win back" money already lost.
Feeling stressed, anxious, or lost in a way that is directly linked to your gambling activity, whether you are winning or losing.
Difficulty staying focused at work or school, frequently missing shifts or deadlines due to time spent playing.
Recognizing these signs early is the most important first step. Don't wait until the problem gets out of hand — reach out to the neew88 support team or a professional help organization in Malaysia if you need guidance.
All of the following tools can be accessed directly from your neew88 account without contacting support — full control is in your hands.
Set the maximum deposit amount over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. Limits can be reduced immediately or increased after a 7-day waiting period.
Limit the duration of your gaming sessions. The system will send a reminder and automatically log you out once your set time limit has been reached.
Block your account entirely for a duration of your choice. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in or make any transactions.
Take a short break of 24 hours to 7 days without closing your account. Your balance and records will remain safe throughout the break period.
Follow these simple steps to set control limits on your neew88 account. The process is straightforward and can be completed in under two minutes.
Log in to your account using the Login button at the top of the page. Make sure you are using a secure personal device that is not shared.
Click the profile icon in the top right corner and select "Account Settings" or "Responsible Controls" from the dropdown menu.
Choose from deposit limits, session limits, rest mode, or self-exclusion. Each option comes with a clear description to help you make an informed decision.
Enter your desired limit value or duration, then confirm your decision. Reduction limits take effect immediately with no waiting period.
You will receive a confirmation email from neew88 as a record that the limit has been successfully applied to your account.
